G3 Power, Inc. ("G3 Power," "we," "us") is a licensed C-10 electrical contractor serving Northern California. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request an estimate, call or text us, or respond to one of our ads, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an estimate or site walk, call, text, email, or fill out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect what you provide: your name, company, phone number, email address, project address, and a description of the work you need.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we and our service providers collect standard device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the ad or link that brought you here.

Calls and texts. Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant, and calls and text messages may be recorded or transcribed so we can respond accurately and keep a record of your request.

How we use it

• To respond to your estimate request, schedule a site walk, and prepare a proposal.
• To communicate with you about your project by phone, text, or email.
• To run, measure, and improve our website and advertising.
• To keep business records and comply with licensing, insurance, and legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics

We use third-party tools that set cookies or receive usage data from our site to measure ads and understand how people use it:

• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or manage ads at Google Ads Settings.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure ads and show relevant ads to people who visited our site. Manage this at Facebook Ad Preferences. Meta's handling of that data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram, the information you enter on that form is sent to us and is covered by this policy. Meta separately processes that form under its own policy. We use it only to contact you about the work you asked about.

Text messaging

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: our website host and form processor, our email delivery provider, our business phone and messaging provider, and Google and Meta as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Retention and security

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet California contractor record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and California rights

California residents may ask us what personal information we have about them, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in California law. To make a request, email team@g3pwr.com or call (209) 292-2276. Children

Our services are for businesses and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
